| A Sun Health professional will demonstrate the proper use of Rec Centers fitness equipment from 2 to 3 p.m. Thursdays. Space is limited to the first 20 members, so members are encouraged to sign up in advance. A sign-up is available at the monitor's station at each facility. Make note of upcoming training sessions at your favorite facility. Schedule of dates at each facility is available to print and/or download. | |
