The Association's facilities are primarily for the purpose of providing convenient, safe and properly equipped space for the members of the Association to enhance their recreational, social and leisure interests.

Under the jurisdiction of the Association, and if space is available and is in acceptable use, members may rent specified rooms.  The picnic ramadas at Beardsley Park may also be rented by members of the Association.  Reservations must be made in person by Association members only at the Association Scheduling Office located in the Administrative Offices at R.H. Johnson Center 19803 R.H. Johnson Blvd., Sun City West, AZ 85375-4498.
