Tee Time Reservations
As a reminder to all Sun City West golfers, the cut-off time for the tee time lottery has been changed to give golfers more advance notice of their confirmed times.
The Recreation Centers of Sun City West has moved the lottery run-time to seven days out from the day of play. Tee time requests must be submitted through paper slips or Webtimes by 2 p.m. a week in advance of the requested play date. For example, submissions must be in by 2 p.m. Monday for play the following Monday.
Request slips can be dropped off in the appropriate tee slip boxes at any of the seven Recreation Centers of Sun City West golf courses, or made via Webtimes (see below). Lottery results will be available by 6 a.m. the following day
There are four ways for Association members to get a golf tee time:

1. Book a confirmed tee time up to six days prior to play by using the Tee Time  Reservation System.
Call 623 544-6044.
2. Fill out a tee time request slip at the golf course of your choice7-13 days in advance  of your requested time. Your request will be input into the computer system as part of a lottery run seven days preceding the day of play. Instructions and the form are available in pdf format for printing and/or downloading to your computer.
 
3. Walk on and play. It is suggested that you call the course first to inquire about open tee times.

4. Requests and Booking can be made  on WEB TIMES

Web Times, a system that allows each of you to input lottery requests and to book confirmed tee times after the lottery has been run, is available for your use. To access the system, you must use Internet Explorer 4.0 or above. MAC USERS are able to use Web Times with Firefox or Safari browsers.  The Web Times website address is http://www.cgsteetimes.com/asp/login.asp?SCW .

Here are steps that are necessary for your use of this system.

  1. Your “Player ID” is your recreation card number (SCW residents) or your CNP number (Controlled Neighborhood Play participants).
  2. Your “Password” is available at either the Member Services Office or at any of the pro shops.
    1. You will need to contact either location in person or by phone and ask for your password.
    2. This password can be changed after you log in to the system, if you desire.
    3. After LOGIN, you should enter your e-mail address. This will be used to automatically send you a confirmation number for whatever action you are taking, i.e., entering a lottery request, booking a confirmed reservation, etc.
  3. You:
    1. Can make a lottery request for 7-13 days in advance of your requested tee time.
    2. Can make a confirmed reservation for a tee time up to 6 days in advance (after the Lottery has been run).
    3. Cannot make a lottery request or a confirmed booking via WebTimes for 9-hole play. Please call the course directly for booking a confirmed Tee-Time, or fill out a paper slip for a 9-hole lottery request.
    4. Cannot change or cancel a lottery request or a confirmed reservation through Web Times.  To change or cancel a lottery request, call 544-6038.  If nobody is present, please leave a detailed message.  To change or cancel a confirmed reservation, please call one of the pro shops.
