| The Properties Committee shall meet with the Association Facilities Projects Superintendent, Facilities Maintenance Operations Superintendent, Recreation Activities Manager, and/or others suggested by the General Manager to evaluate and make recommendations on proposed new construction and major maintenance or renovations of the physical assets of the Association. The Properties Committee shall evaluate and make recommendations on budget items, Association facilities space requirements, beautification, architectural projects and other tasks requested by the General Manager and the Governing Board. The evaluations shall include design and costs. The Committee shall assist the staff when requested in gathering, organizing, and maintaining a library of technical information relating to the construction of Association facilities and the appropriate Operations Manuals for mechanical, electrical, and other systems. The Committee shall conduct, with management, an annual inspection review of all Association facilities to determine their material condition, to include any changes, repairs and maintenance to be appropriate by the first business day of October. |
