The Governing Board President shall preside at and conduct all Governing Board meetings by a formal order of business. The President shall have general supervision over and direction of the affairs of the Association in accordance with the Association’s Governing Documents, and shall have authority to administer all matters not otherwise expressly delegated to the General Manager. The President shall appoint all committee Chairpersons with the advice and consent of the Governing Board, and may call any special meetings of the Owner Members of the Association and/or the Governing Board. Upon approval by the Governing Board, the President shall execute bonds, mortgages and other contracts and cause the corporate seal of the Association to be affixed to any instrument which requires it, except where required or permitted by law to be otherwise signed and executed and except where the signing and execution thereof shall be expressly delegated in writing by the Governing Board to some other officer or agent of the Association. |
